Raphaël El Harim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the John Molson School of Business (Concordia University).

He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He began his career as a corporate financial analyst at Keurig Canada, a leader in specialty coffee.

Raphaël joined the Giverny Capital team in 2017 as an Analyst, Trading and Operations. He was promoted to Senior Analyst in 2020 and then operations assitant director in 2021.
