Marc-Émile Séguin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Sherbrooke. He is a member of the Quebec Bar since 2021 and holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.

He joined Giverny Capital in 2021 as in-house legal counsel.
