Christine Blais holds a doctorate in art history from the Université de Montréal and a master’s degree in art market and collecting history from IESA Paris and the University of Warwick in England.

Christine has extensive experience in the cultural and academic sectors, having notably directed an association of contemporary art galleries and served as a lecturer in art economics. She now puts her interest in contemporary art to work preserving and promoting the Giverny Capital Collection.

She joined Giverny Capital in 2024 as art collection manager.
